1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the services provided by Tax Leaders Circle PH ("TLC PH", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you must not use our platform.

2. Description of Services

Tax Leaders Circle PH is an all-in-one professional development platform providing:

• Video-on-Demand (VOD) Courses: Educational video content for tax professionals.
• Digital E-Library: Access to digital books, research materials, and guides.
• Expert Forums: Community discussions and expert-led Q&A.
• PRC-Accredited Seminars: Live or recorded seminars eligible for CPD units.
• Roster & Messaging: Professional networking and messaging with verified practitioners.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access most services, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access.
• Promptly update your profile information (PRC License, contact details) to ensure access to gated services like Roster Messaging.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this platform, including but not limited to videos, e-books, course materials, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Tax Leaders Circle PH or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access content for personal, non-commercial professional use only.

Prohibited Actions: Recording, downloading (unless explicitly permitted), distributing, or reselling any platform content is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination and legal action.

5. Payment, Points & Refunds

Access to certain content requires payment or the use of "Reward Points."

• Payments are processed securely. Access is granted only upon verification of payment.
• Reward Points are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Due to the digital nature of our services (VOD and eBooks), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases of technical failure on our part.

6. User Conduct & Forums

Our forums are a space for professional growth. Users must not post content that is:

• Illegal, defamatory, or harassing.
• Infringing on others' intellectual property.
• Spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these standards.

7. Roster Messaging & Professionalism

The Roster Messaging system is intended for professional consultation and networking. Users are expected to maintain professional decorum. Abuse of the system (e.g., harassment of practitioners) will result in immediate loss of messaging privileges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tax Leaders Circle PH provides educational content and professional networking tools. We do provide specific legal or tax advice. The information on this platform is for educational purposes only. TLC PH shall not be liable for any professional decisions made by the users based on the content provided.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
